Happy Blast

You know when you get on the phone to your best friend and words just start falling out ... you take a breath and phew; breathe. You've just engaged the pair of you, not to mention the universe at large with, a rant!

 

 

A rant is a negative flow of words, underpinned by problems, issues or simple dislike. We often do it and it doesn't have to be about anything big either. Nope, it can just be about the sun being too low in the sky in winter or the dog snoring! However, as the saying goes 'it's the final straw that broke the camels back' now with this in mind, start small and grow! 

 

Right now, many of you are doing Dry January ... add this new thought to the mix, for a more positive mindset, do a #happyblast instead ... start looking for something great to get passionate about. Find something new every day if you need to, or keep repeating the same thing. I just did about my new book The SOS Code™ and I will keep doing; all year! 

 

Did you know that passionate was the original word to describe emotions? Well, let's promote positive passion in thinking, feeling and behaving
