Zoë has been transforming companies and people since 1999. Her first project was with Colin Appleyard Cars in West Yorkshire, where she took a successful multi-site and multi-franchise SME to number one with Suzuki GB. Since then she has worked with over 500 business owners, leaders and professionals.
She is a seasoned professional in turnaround at 1-2-1 and Company level.
During her time at IBM as a Senior Management Consultant in Strategy and Change and as an independent freelance consultant since 2008, her case studies boast some of the world's leading brands and highly successful entrepreneurs.
As an academic and teaching professional to MBA level and continued Associate Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour and Performance
Management, Zoë is adept at designing and delivering to a world class level in professional development. Merging her Practitioner background with her academic one, she prides herself on driving action orientated programmes of change with measurable impacts and results.
