In these unprecedented times one of the amazing skills we have is to laugh.
Just what would you laugh about, I hear you cry.
Well laughter is known to decrease stress hormones and increase immune cells. Think of all of those infection-fighting antibodies being created. The body’s natural feel-good chemicals are Endorphins and they promote an overall sense of well-being and can often relieve pain.
Find your favourite comedy, have a joke off or generally find something that makes you laugh.
